This fanclub is dedicated to the characters Gol and Maia Acheron of Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy. This club is open to any and all fans of the Acherons, be it both siblings or just one, regardless of your shipping preference or other interests.

Keep in mind that this is an incest and slash-friendly group. If you’re squicked out by either and would rather not be exposed to it in any way, shape, or form, then this probably isn’t the club for you. If you don’t like either but don’t mind being around them, then we’re more than glad to have you!

Send a Note to =nashidesei with the word “AcheronFans” somewhere in the subject header and a sentence or so on why you’re interested in joining—you’ll be added to the memberlist right away! Do not comment on the main page or Note the club, as these requests will be disregarded. Unfortunately there’s this thing called Real Life that keeps us all fairly busy, and it’s easiest for the administrator to only expect membership requests to show up in one place.

● Please add the club to your devWATCH so that you'll be notified of any updates.

● Please do not favorite or comment on anything submitted in the club gallery. There will be a link provided for each piece that will direct you back to its original location---give the real artist the credit for their hard work!

● Be active! Have a piece of fanart or fanfiction in your gallery that you think would do well in the club gallery? Send a Note to the administrator and she’ll get right on posting it for everyone to see!

NDI has alluded to the fact that Gol and Maia may still be alive, canonically, wandering the Catacombs in search of an escape—until recently, the Catacombs were sealed, but during the Daystar War the entrance was opened up again. Do you think Gol and Maia have made it out yet? Do you think they’re even down there? What do you think they look like now, after centuries upon centuries exposed to pure, uncontrolled Precursor technology? Want to give us a peek into your head, be it through picture or fic, as to what it is you think?

Is there a particular song you associate with Gol or Maia? We’d all be more than happy if you’d show us how or why you feel it links to the Acherons. Draw a picture illustrating the images it puts into your head, write a fic following the themse of the song, or do something that doesn’t seem to relate to the song at all—but you know that it does.

Have a particular pairing you think Gol or Maia are meant to be in? Show us why! Draw a picture, write a fic, do something to display your devotion to this pairing! This can be any type of pairing—het, slash, incest, crack, anything. If you like it, we want to see it!

Let’s face it, we’re new. There’s not much here yet. We’re working on that, really, but what we really need right now is an awesome ID professing who we are and what we’re doing here. Think you’re up to the challenge?

Contest Rules:

● Must have both Gol and Maia featured on it in some form or another.

● Must have the words “Acheron Fanclub” on it somewhere.

● Image size should not exceed roughly 430 pixels in width and 730 pixels in height, or it won’t display properly on the page! That would kinda suck, huh?

● Image should not be a cutpaste from previously drawn pictures, and must be of your own work. This means no official NDI art.

Prize:

Winner gets a base-colored request from =nashidesei, preferably something Jak-based, but not necessarily. Limit of two characters in image, nothing graphically adult.

Firstly, sorry it's taken me so long to get to this. As I mentioned, life just gets in the way sometimes. But I'm back, hopefully for good, and we can get down to business!
